5.1 General Bonus Conditions

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on gh777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by gh777

gh777 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where gh777 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• The player's identity or age has not been satisfactorily verified within a reasonable period of request.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account restriction.
• The player has provided false or misleading information at any point.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be preserved. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, gh777 may forfeit some or all of the account balance in proportion to the nature of the breach. gh777 will communicate its decision in writing to the registered email address.

7.2 Closure by the Player

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and gh777 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, or agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
